Javier , are u able to su - to the user who owns the folder /usr/local/pgsql/data ? check the user,group for that folder , do a ls -l /usr/local/pgsql and post the results. regds mallah. > Hi guys, > > I still have a problem to start the database server as I wrote in the first mail.
