Обсуждение: Editing the wiki's whole Todo page doesn't work
I can edit sections of it well enough, but AFAIK you have to edit the whole thing if you want to add a new section ... and when I do that, "Save page" just waits forever. (OK, I exaggerate, I gave up after an hour.) regards, tom lane

(The only problem with this is when you want to add a section before the first section. In this case you edit any section and manually change the "§ion=NN" to "§ion=0" in the URL.) -- Alvaro Herrera http://www.CommandPrompt.com/ PostgreSQL Replication, Consulting, Custom Development, 24x7 support

For comparison, "Show preview" and "Show changes" on the whole Todo page take only a few seconds. regards, tom lane

I edited the page, copied the entire contents into the clipboard, pasted it into a local editor, did search/replace, pasted it back into the window, and saved it. That certainly _should_ still work, and if it doesn't, we need to fix it. -- Bruce Momjian <bruce@momjian.us> http://momjian.us EnterpriseDB http://enterprisedb.com + If your life is a hard drive, Christ can be your backup. +

Hm, maybe it's browser-specific? I was trying it with Safari. regards, tom lane

I was trying it with Safari. Took about 10s to save on Safari 3.2.3 for me. -- Dave Page EnterpriseDB UK: http://www.enterprisedb.com
