OTOH, didn't you know the browser war was over? BTW, i always thought it was really cheesy that MSIE uses Mozilla in its user agent string. I would be embarassed to have my company's product not be able to stand up by itself, for better or for worse.

Could be a misinterpretation of log info. Many ppl have
internet connectivity (and it seems plenty of time to spend
for surfing too) at work. Others just use their M$ infected
workstation for surfing while doing their real work on
systems where real work can be done.
BTW: A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is
where a train stops. I have a work station in front of me.

Actually, from tests I did a few months back, this isn't accurate...the
problem with the Netscape/Unix browsers is that for every version of Unix
out there, it will report a different "browser"...
But, it only seperates by 'distinct full name'...here's just a selection
of the Linux ones reported, and each one of those would be in the above
report "seperately":

nah, the results are screwed up since MicroSloth doesn't actually have
different "versions"...see my followup posting that provided one gentleman
with an example of how something like Linux dispurses because of their
"version a week" release scheduale :)
