Questions about the patch of Add ON CONFLICT DO RETURN clause

Hi Wolfgang Walther, I saw your patch and thought it would be very handy in some cases!

After I applied this patch, I felt something was wrong: the description in the sgml documentation is different from the actual code. I don't know if there is something wrong with my understanding, or is there a mistake here?
