Searchable 7.3.1 Documentation - now interactive!

Work is coming along nicely on the new search engine for the
PostgreSQL 7.3.1 documentation. I've made many improvements,
thanks to the feedback from early testers, and am now ready
to try out the "interactive" part of the documentation.
Please take a look and try it out. If anyone wants to practice
being a "moderator" which lets you approve or deny user-supplied
idocs, let me know as well.
