Can't create extension with pgAdmin4

I’m trying to create an extension (add to the available extensions) for a db. In pgAdmin3 I was able to just pick from a drop down list of extensions. In pgAdmin4 the list is blank.

Is there an additional step I need to perform to get extensions “installed” so that they are available in the drop down?
