https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/libpq-pgpass.html doesn't mention anything about host name case sensitivity, but my experience is that the the field
IS case sensitive.
Am I missing some other bit of documentation?
$ psql --host=FISPTAPPGS302a.itocservices.com -c "\q"
