It's really very efficient and elegant with wal-g. wal-g fetches data
from S3 in parallel and can prefetch.
I've done PITR from S3 many times in a lab, and a couple of times on
real data. But to use wal-g inside Kubernetes, I probably need
Zalando's operator which I dislike.
