It shouldn't be. ADO/DAO/RDO/Jet etc are fairly clever and will normally
figure out a date as long as it's in a reasonable format. I'm not sure
pgMigration is doing quite what it should though, but then, I'm not 100%
sure what is correct here either. I'll think about it some more.
