The ODBC driver is under the LGPL so I see no reason why not (standard IANAL, etc... though). The only things you might have to do is also have the source available for download as well as the binary and also distribute a copy of the license. (I believe the full install includes such a license in its install). (not sure wether such use counts as distribution, any one else know?).
