I can't subscribe because the website won't let me subscribe to any mailing lists as there is this bug that I'm
reportingon the website.

If you read and follow the advice on that last line, you will see a page with a list of mailing lists. On that page you
willsee:

   Discussion of development and coordination of the PostgreSQL websites.

Seems like that would be the appropriate place to discuss the website. I have CC'd that list -- you may want to
subscribe.
