If you read and follow the advice on that last line, you will see a page 
with a list of mailing lists. On that page you will see:

   pgsql-www
   Discussion of development and coordination of the PostgreSQL websites.

Seems like that would be the appropriate place to discuss the website. I 
have CC'd that list -- you may want to subscribe.

Joe,

I can't subscribe because the website won't let me subscribe to any mailing lists as there is this bug that I'm
reportingon the website.
