Simon committed 1, 2, 3 and 5:

* pg_recvlogical --endpos

so here's a rebased series on top of master. No other changes.
The first patch to add a pg_recvlogical wrapper to PostgresNode is
really only needed to test the rest of the patches, so it can be
committed together with them.
