As we have seen in the call , the ping request to the server does not respond back. 

Can you please run command Ping 127.0.0.1 on command prompt and get output.(May be a silly thing to ask, but I have seen some queries related to this.)

I tried multiple ways, but could not reproduce the issue.

 

Do you have Antivirus installed on the system? If yes can you please check if it is blocking nwjs/network calls?

 

Also can you please try the below steps and let me know the output.

 

1.In runtime_config.json, set "fixedPort" equals to true. and portNo with 5050. Check if launching pgadmin works.

 

2.Replace contents of pgadmin.js file located at 'C:\Program Files\pgAdmin 4\runtime\src\js' with contents in the attached file. Try launching pgadmin. 

Share logs located at %APPDATA%/Local/pgadmin/pgadmin4.***.log file. and %APPDATA%/Roaming/pgadmin/pgadmin4.log

I am able to install and launch pgadmin successfully on Windows Server 2019. 

What is your system type? Are you using 32 bit? pgadmin does not support 32 bit systems.
