Hi,

Looks like atioglxx.dll is ATI graphics driver file, I'm not sure if the issue is with QT or with the driver file.

My machine did not have C:\Windows\system32\atioglxx.dll, so I downloaded it from the internet and copied it to the location listed above.  After doing so I tried to run pgAdmin 4, but got the same error.

 

I had the same problem with pgAdmin 4 v1.2.  I am able to run pgAdmin III v1.22.2 successfully.

 

I did not find anything helpful via Google.

 

Any suggestions?
