I reviewed the new website and its links, via pulling the old site and using a link checker after populating content in new site. The only problems found were in the change log file.
Attached patch for that correction. I'm stilling working out using git so the patch at this time.

Remember the provided archive is the skelton of the site. Unless the directories downloads, documentation, and other are populated with content then nothing will show up in the directory _site after building with Jekyll.
I'm pretty sure I checked all the new site's links with an automated link checker, after populating with wget from the old site content. You will have to be more specific on what page the link for documentation to head is not present.
The old site had it from 9.2devl on the documentation page and the new site has the same, except 9.2 Development.
Perhaps at least the head, current documentation, should be added to the git repository?
