I would like to apply the algorithmto detect date and time values, outlined at <a href="http://developer.postgresql.org/pgdocs/postgres/datetime-input-rules.html">http://developer.postgresql.org/pgdocs/postgres/datetime-input-rules.html</a><br /><br/>However, I am unfamiliar (and somewhat intimidated) by the postgres source tree.
