Erm, has anyone contacted the maintainer of DBD::Pg? Given that Bruce
doesn't maintain it and AFAIK Jeffrey Baker (the current maintainer)
and hasn't expressed any dissatisfaction with CPAN, I'm not sure why
you'd like to move the software to GBorg...
