Screen shot 2 shows the different apps I have for postgresql 13 and 14. Should I be opening any of these?

Any helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated. 

The top screenshot looks to be about installing Postgresql 14.  In the bottom screenshot, I see no reference to v13 (but I do see PgAdmin 4).
