Dear Sirs,
After this command , what I should do?
Can not use createdb  test  command and psql test. 
I installed correctly postgres by source code.


[postgres@localhost bin]$ ./postgres -D /usr/local/pgsql/data

LOG:  database system was shut down at 2011-03-15 07:56:00 EDT
LOG:  autovacuum launcher started
LOG:  database system is ready to accept connections
