I don't know how universal this is, but on this particular machine
(Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx), the fonts (which I haven't
tweaked) are:
Standard: DejaVu Sans
Fixed: DejaVu Sans Mono
Serif: DejaVu Serif
Sans serif: DejaVu Sans
Cursive: DejaVu Sans
Fantasy: DejaVu Sans
Minimum font size: 7
Medium font size: 12
