pt_BR translation updates

Hi,

Updated brazilian portuguese translation [1] for pgAdmin III. Please
apply to 1.8 and HEAD. Past translators were credited on the top of the
file.
I'm attaching a small patch to fix two mistyping errors. I have some
suggestions to improve some messages but it's for the next version.
