Of course, to be clear about this -- nobody is going to download XX distro
RPM to use the packaged '*.jar' on Windows. There are different channels.
Be sure that *our* RPMs are used *only* on particular version of Fedora.
That's why e.g. PostgreSQL built for Fedora does not have to have compiled
Windows support in (even though PostgreSQL works on Windows too, you just
have to download it from somewhere else).
