Installing Postgres 8.1 as a service pn Windows only

Hi folks,

how can i install Postgres 8.1 on a WinXP client as service only ? The server is running on another machine. If i install with the msi without the database, but the interfaces and start the service, the service answers in the system event list "Service is startet and ended because a configuration file is missing"
