PG 9.4 ODBC Driver

Hi

                I am trying to create a materialized view in Oracle using data from 9.4 postgresql DB.

                The Oracle Support has advised to use a 9.4 ODBC driver version but I am unable to find it at https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/

                There is psqlodbc_09_03_0400.zip and then psqlodbc_09_05_0100.zip. Please help in this regard.
