NOTICE errors while restoring database.

Hello.

I am creating a backup of our database using the pg_dump -c command, and that
runs without problems.  However, when I do a restore operation, I get the
following NOTICEs (given below).  I can see that the data is restored as
expected.  Is there a way for me to ignore these messages or not have them show
up?  The pg_dump command exits with a non-zero value when these NOTICEs show up
and this is breaking my program.
