RE: [HACKERS] Book PDF file was corrupt

Palatino isn't one of the Base14 fonts, so unless it was included within
the PDF, it wouldn't work unless the viewer had the font.

Here is the new PDF version of the outline.  The previous version used
the Palatino font, which didn't convert to PDF for some reason.
