Hi Community,

Please find the below error which occurred after upgrading from 9.6.12 to
10.7.

postgres=# vacuum;
ERROR: found xmin 552 from before relfrozenxid 1764198765

I even tried to perform VACUUM FREEZE but again left with the same error...

I wanted to know why this error is occurring and how it can be fixed. 
Please shed some light on this.
