Hey folks, this corrects typos going back to 75c6519ff68dbb97f73b13e9976fb8075bbde7b8 where EUC_JIS_2004 and
SHIFT_JIS_2004were first added.
These typos are present in all supported major versions of PostgreSQL, back through 8.3; I didn't look any further than
that.:-)
