You may have others transactions opened modifying this line of table planet_osm_line I presume.

getting this error:
DELETE FROM planet_osm_line WHERE osm_id = -166570;
FEHLER: tuple concurrently updated
postgresql 10.1
any idea what i can do? of course i did a restart first.
