It's one of those version 2 things, along with the other more useful
wizards...

Are you experienced in any languages? When I finally knuckled down to
it, it only took me a couple of weeks to get going with C++ - in fact my
first real C++ code was the guts of pga3.
Regardless though, if you feel you can improve *any* of the
documentation we would certainly appreciate your efforts.
