I thought EDB shipped a ODBC driver through the StackBuilder portion of
the install. Have you checked there?

Which version of iODBC?
How did you install it?
Also the highest I see the prepackaged dmg's for OS X go is OS X
10.11(El Capitan). Nothing about 10.12(Sierra)
