37.13. column_options
Представление column_options показывает все параметры, определённые для столбцов сторонней таблицы в текущей базе данных. В нём отражаются только те столбцы сторонних таблиц, к которым имеет доступ текущий пользователь (являясь их владельцем или имея некоторые права).

37.13. column_options
The view column_options contains all the options defined for foreign table columns in the current database. Only those foreign table columns are shown that the current user has access to (by way of being the owner or having some privilege).
