RPM packages 10.4 for rhel7 x86_86 are build as f25.x86_64.rpm

Hi,

Maybe this is not an issue, but first time I see it.

Only for 10.4 and rhel7 x86_64 I can see this issue (*). They are consistent for earlier releases, as well as for 10.4 and rhel 6 x86_64, and also for the release 9.6.9 all rpms are consistent.
