I was looking on pgFoundry :). I know I should know this but
is there a difference between the www.postgresql.org win32 installer and
the installer project?

No, none at all. We don't actually put the releases on pgFoundry because
it has the unfortunate side effect of overloading that server. I upload
them to the main ftp site instead, and Magnus normally puts an HTML
placeholder file on pgFoundry.
