On a fresh rc3 build, I am unable to initdb due to shmmem error.
Attached is the output from initdb.

This looks just like the run-on-terminal-services error. Can you confirm
if it's that?

ok, that's what it is...can initdb locally and send the database over I
guess...

It is possible to work around this program by executing initdb via the
task scheduler.  I checked it and everything runs fine so this is
definitely an issue with terminal server.  This is win2k server btw, so
this is not a 2003 issue.
