I installed postgres 7.1.3 and ran:


createlang pltcl lasso

and received the following error message:
   ERROR:  Load of file /usr/local/pgsql/lib/pltcl.so failed:
/usr/local/pgsql/lib/pltcl.so: undefined symbol: Tcl_CreateSlave   createlang: language installation failed

This never happened in earlier versions, so I think we have a problem
here.
