Обсуждение: create temp table

When I try to create a temporary table using the following command:
 create temp table foo as select * from employees;

I get the following error:
 ERROR:  parser: parse error at or near "temp"

I get a similar error if I try:
 create temporary table foo as select * from employees;


Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?  This seems so simple!

PS: I'm using PostgreSQL 6.4.2.

Only 6.5 has temp tables.
