Noticed first when trying to export a table from MSAccess to PostgeSQL 6.4.2 w/ ODBC driver 6.40.0004. Then noticed it
withpsql. Stopped and started the postmaster running the the foreground with the -d option, and anytime the parser
getsan error, the postmaster hangs until the process that caused the error is killed.
