I have compiled the ODBC driver for Win32 (v07.01.0004) and made it
available for download from the Downloads page under
http://www.greatbridge.org/project/pgadmin.
The download includes both multibyte and non multibyte enabled versions, a
.reg file to install the required registry settings, and some basic
instructions.
