Version 8 & column order

Hi,

In version 8 will we be able to change the order of the columns after a
table has been created?  (Yes, I know about explicit ordering and views.)

Also, I saw short new feature list somewhere but can’t find it anymore;
could someone post a link to it?

I don't think so.
