Hi,

How can I get the names of all the tables in a database?


Thomas

1. Log into the database "psql databasename"
2. just write "\dt" to list the tables

And write "\h" and "\?" to see all the commands.

"select * from pg_tables" pg_tables is a system table. But it seems that
it also returns the system tables.
