No, I was wrong in even mentioning libpgtcl. You don't even need that. pgmonitor does not connect to the database at any time. I believe what we are talking about is diff, I am trying to install pltcl language on my db not pgmonitor. When I wand to build a pltcl.so, I got following msg, I want to know there's any wrong?
