I have fixed a problem with the PDF file not properly displaying certain
characters. New copy uploaded.
The book in on our web site now in HTML and PDF formats. It will be
updated automatically very night.
Go to:
http://www.postgresql.org/docs
Under documentation, you will see the entry "Published Book".
