Обсуждение: PGSQL on NT - connection to database template1 failed.

I'm trying to get Postgres up and running on NT.  I've got it compiled,
and I can run the initdb process and start the postmaster.  However I
can't create a database or user or start psql.  The error I get is :
Connection to database 'template1' failed.
connectDB() -- socket() failed: errno=106
Addresses in the specified family cannot be used with this socket.

createdb: database creation failed on brentp

Any suggestions???
