Hello, i would like to know what is the difference between the postgresql CE 8 silver and postgresql associate certification which provides EnterpriseDB. Which one is the most recently and which of those is based in postgres 9.5?

Well the CE 8 Silver cert is covered here: http://www.postgresql.org/about/news/676/ It looks like CE 8 is long dead. That said, you need to talk to the respective commercial organizations.
