FATAL: terminating connection due to administrator command

please see the following snippet

.DMException: java.sql.SQLException: FATAL: terminating connection due to administrator command
this error message is in one of the log files, and because of the above error the desired job does not get executed
 
i tried to see the postgreslog.
 
the log message around that time are as follows:

<2006-02-27 18:30:41 CST%>LOG:  connection received: host=[local] port=
<2006-02-27 18:30:41 CST%authentication>LOG:  connection authorized: user=sdc database=dbexpress
<2006-02-27 18:30:42 CST%idle>LOG:  disconnection: session time: 0:00:00.35 user=sdc database=dbexpress host=[local] port=
<2006-02-27 18:40:44 CST%idle>LOG:  unexpected EOF on client connection

please note the lines in bold, is it because of this EOF on client connection that ... the DMException is coming.
 
 
will be glad if any hints could be provided.
 
this is Postgres 8.0.0

1. Please don't post HTML --- many of us aren't going to see your "bold".

2. The two log messages above are completely unrelated; the same backend
would not have generated both.
