Обсуждение: Monitoring postgresql
Hi, I'm using 7.2.1. Some of our folks are writing a bunch of stuff into the a database, and occasionally having problems with execution time - things aren't executing as quickly as they would expect them to, seemingly. Some of it could be them locking each other out on writes and so on. Is there anyway to monitor that (locks, etc.)? Any other suggestions? Try pgmonitor: http://gborg.postgresql.org/project/pgmonitor/projdisplay.php Apparently this is being merged into pgaccess, BTW.
