is it possible to create a trigger when the system time has reached the date of a particular record? I know this is possible with an external script, but I'm not quite sure how to go about making it fairly real-time... thanks! -lev
If it only needs to be /fairly/ realtime, then you could use cron to fire a script every minute. Otherwise you could write an external long-running program that listens for notifies. With cron you could make your script "grab clients" every minute. If you need even smaller increments between checks then the thing to do would be to write a long running program.
