Does anyone have advice on optimal newfs options for a FFS file system
on FreeBSD (with soft-updates on, naturally)?
Looking at my test server, admittedly with not a lot of data on it, I
see lots of files sized at 8k or 16k and some larger, and a few zero
sized.
I'm thinking setting bumping the -i value to 8k or 16k. Any other
flags to tweak? The file system is a 5 disk RAID5 with 130Gb on it.
Thanks.
